Effective Date: The date of your purchase and agreement to these Terms via checkbox during checkout or date of purchase of product or service.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any digital products, coaching services, memberships, courses, and programs (collectively, “Products” or “Services”) offered by Sally Raines, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), located in the state of Colorado, United States, through the website www.sallyraines.com(“Site”). By purchasing or accessing any of our Products, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to the following Terms.
1. Program & Product Overview
Our Products include, but are not limited to:
Online courses (e.g., Peace. Purpose. Progress.)
Digital downloads and guides
Guided meditations and tools
Business Compass Reports or Human Design reports
Live or pre-recorded workshops
Group coaching or mentorship programs
Memberships or private communities
1:1 coaching or strategy sessions
All Products are for personal use only and delivered through digital platforms such as email, course portals, Zoom, and private Facebook groups.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
Course content and downloads are available immediately upon purchase
Clients receive lifetime access to course materials for as long as the course is offered
Access to coaching or communities is limited to a defined term (e.g., six months from purchase)
Each Product's features and terms are outlined on its sales page or order form and are incorporated into these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the amount listed at checkout, whether as a full payment or on a payment plan.
By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method, including recurring payments if applicable. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid. Access may be paused or revoked for missed or failed payments.
We reserve the right to pursue outstanding payments through collections if necessary.
3. Refund Policy
We believe in the power of our programs and resources—and in the transformation that happens when you commit. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Action-Taker Guarantee for eligible courses.
If you do the work and feel the program isn't right for you, refunds are available only under the following conditions, submitted within 7 days of purchase:
Completed exercises from Modules 1, 2, and 3, demonstrating active participation
A clear explanation of what you applied, what didn’t resonate, and why the Program doesn’t meet your needs
Proof of attendance at one full live group coaching call, or detailed notes from a replay
If all documentation is submitted within the timeframe and shows good faith effort, we’ll review your request and issue a refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for:
Digital downloads, meditations, or reports
1:1 coaching sessions once scheduled
Missed or unused group coaching calls
Promotional, bundled, or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
This policy is designed to support real engagement and protect the integrity of our work and community.
4. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions
All content in our Products—including videos, audios, PDFs, templates, written materials, and resources—is the intellectual property of Sally Raines, LLC and protected under U.S. copyright law.
You may not:
Share, resell, reproduce, or distribute Product materials
Use our content in your own programs or marketing
Give or sell your login credentials or downloadable files to anyone else
Violations may result in legal action and immediate termination of access without refund.
5. Disclaimers
Our Products are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
We are not licensed to provide medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or mental health services
No content in our Products constitutes health advice, medical diagnosis, legal counsel, financial planning, or psychological treatment
Your participation does not establish a practitioner-client, fiduciary, or therapist-patient relationship
We serve as mentors and educators in a teacher/student capacity, offering tools and strategies rooted in experience and training. Results depend entirely on your effort, implementation, and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result.
6. Technology & Access
Our Products are delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., course software, Zoom, Facebook, email). It is your responsibility to maintain the necessary technology and internet access to engage fully.
We are not liable for access issues resulting from your tech limitations or platform outages beyond our control.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to any Product, without refund, if you:
Violate these Terms
Fail to complete or resolve payments
Engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior in group settings
Misuse or share Product content without permission

You release Sally Raines, LLC and its affiliates, employees, and contractors from all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages—financial, emotional, physical, or otherwise—that arise from your participation.
You agree not to hold us liable for any decision, action, or result related to the use of our content.
